Rossely Martinez is Executive Assistant to CEO Lisa Kaiser Hickey and VP Michael J Hickey at Douglass Screen Printers, Inc., a screen and digital printing company based in Lakeland, Florida. The firm was named in DiversityBusiness.com’s 2007 Top 500 Women-Owned Businesses in the United States and Top 100 Diversity-Owned Business in Florida, and is a Top 50 Printer to the U.S. Government Printing Office.

Ms. Martinez is a licensed realtor in the state of New York.  She started her real estate career in Brooklyn as the manager of a small real estate office.  Upon her move to Lakeland, FL, Rossely started working as a bilingual customer service representative in the Long Distance Department of MCI.  She frequently reviewed customer accounts for elevated or suspicious charges.  She is a member of the National Notary Association and has legal experience with personal injury and family law attorneys practicing in central Florida.

Ms. Martinez graduated from John Dewey High School in Brooklyn, NY and is currently attending Polk State College to earn her associate degree in general studies.  Upon graduation in the fall of 2010, she intends to transfer to the University of South Florida to pursue her bachelor’s degree in psychology. 

Ms. Martinez enjoys her leisure time with family and friends. Her hobbies are reading, photography, and traveling.
