Lynn Hurley is the Production Manager for Douglass Screen Printers, Inc., a screen and digital printing company based in Lakeland, Florida. The firm was named in DiversityBusiness.com's 2007 Top 500 Women-Owned Businesses in the United States and Top 100 Diversity-Owned Businesses in Florida, and is a Top 50 Printer to the U.S. Government Printing Office.
Ms. Hurley's hobbies include spending time with her family, reading, working out, and visiting the beach.
Ms. Hurley has been an integral part of Douglass Screen Printers for over 22 years, where she started her career as an associate in the printing department. Due to her extraordinary leadership and organizational skills, she has progressed over the years as a Team Leader for several departments. She was recently promoted to Production Manager. During the course of her employment with Douglass, she has achieved and been recognized with many awards, including Associate of the Year in 1997 and 1998, the Cross-Training Award in 2001, a Work Place Seminar certification in 1998, and numerous Employee of the Month Awards thereafter.
Ms. Hurley is a graduate of Jefferson High School. |
