Good Works LLC, an investment company wholly owned by Lisa and Michael Hickey recently purchased 2710 New Tampa Highway, where Douglass Screen Printers is currently located. Simultaneously, Good Works purchases the adjoining property located at 2690 New Tampa Highway. Development plans for the adjacent property are underway. Last year, Douglass expanded to the south side of Lakeland with their digital printing facility located in Parkway Commerce Center.
