Lisa Kaiser Hickey attends NAWBO meeting in Santa Fe

Douglass Screen Printers’ CEO and President, Lisa Kaiser Hickey, recently attended NAWBO’s Strategic Planning Board meeting in Santa Fe. This annual meeting’s purpose is to bring all the national leaders together to discuss the current strategic plan.

The strategic plan basically covers NAWBO’s overall membership status; how to increase diversity within membership; how to balance membership composition so that more businesses earn over $1 million dollars in revenues; implementation of the governance system; growth support; improving technology infrastructure; strengthening chapter and national relations; engaging members in advocacy efforts; and how to increase opportunities for women business owners in the international market.
