Douglass Screen Printers is proud to announce the hiring of Larry Villa and Shawn McGuinn. Larry Villa was hired on February 21, 2005 as Executive Assistant to Lisa Kaiser Hickey, Owner and President of Douglass. Larry has a wide range of accounting and executive assistant experience. His experience began in 1991 with an accounts receivable firm in Vienna, VA. There he began his career as an Executive Assistant to the Owner and CEO, and providing assistance to the accounting department as well. During this time, he continued his college education and received an Associates Degree in Business Administration in 1995. He was with Commerce Funding Corporation until 1998. In 1998 he moved on to a Facilities Maintenance firm, Delmar Systems located in Alexandria VA. He continued his Executive Assistant career assisting the CFO, as well as head of the Billing and Contracting Departments. In 2002 he resigned his position with Delmar and moved to Lakeland FL, where he began working for his father as Executive Assistant/Business Manager for Florida Auto Sales. He was responsible for assisting his father with various duties along with running the day-to-day operations of the business. The business was sold in January 2005. Larry Villa is a native of Puerto Rico and is fluent in Spanish and English.

Shawn McGuinn was hired on May 23, 2005 as the Custom Sales Executive Assistant to Suzanne Nelson, our Custom Sales Representative. Shawn has over 10 years customer service experience. His experience started with his 3 year tinier with America On Line. In 1999 he moved on to Lockheed Martin and was there 3 years. He continued his advancements to Accutel, Inc. and The Ledger. Shawn has extended experience in customer service, billing, technical interface, computers, Accounts Payable, automobile title processing, and various administrative support duties. Shawn has received several degrees including receiving his Associates degree in Music Education in 1985 and an Associates degree in Computer Science in 1987.

Both Larry Villa and Shawn McGuinn are welcomed additions to our management staff.
